Is there anything better than kids in patriotic clothing at pom pom topped party hats? Nope. Nothing better. I made a few in preparation for the holiday weekend with my Spellbinders Platinum 6 and love how they turned out. Read below to see how I made them and watch a video of my process!
MATERIALS
Metallic Cardstock
Red & Blue Cardstock
Red & Blue Party Hats
Red & Blue Pom Poms
Spellbinders Platinum 6
Contour Give It A Whirl Steel Dies
DIE D-LITES Superstars Etched Dies
Hot Glue Gun
INTRUCTIONS
- Run the Metallic Cardstock through the Spellbinders Platinum 6 with the Contour Give It A Whirl Steel Dies and set aside.
- Run the Red & Blue Cardstock through the Spellbinders Platinum 6 with the DIE D-LITES Superstars Etched Dies.
- Fold the corners of the pinwheel square into the center and hot glue, making a pinwheel.
- Glue a star in the center of the pinwheel.
- Glue the pinwheel on the Red & Blue Party Hats.
- Glue the Red & Blue Pom Poms on the Red & Blue Party Hats.
