Thanksgiving is upon us and it’s sure going to look different than ever before. We are keeping things super small with just the four of us to keep both us and our fabulous community safe during. To keep things still fun and festive I’ve come up with a bunch of fun Thanksgiving Printable Activities for our family.
I’ve decided your family might be interested in the same thanksgiving activities so I’ve put everything together as a printable bundle for you!
THANKSGIVING PRINTABLE ACTIVITIES & IDEAS
The bundles includes a few different printable and SVG pieces that I hope will help our Thanksgiving still be festive and entertaining without our extended family. Here is what is included in the bundle:
THANKSGIVING PRINTABLE COLORING TABLECLOTH
This is probably by favorite printable in the bundle! I typically get it printed at Staples every year as an engineering print for around $5.00. The quality is just meh, but who cares?! It’s for one day! We all enjoy coloring the table as dinner is being made or while we enjoy pumpkin pie.
It’s become a Thanksgiving tradition that I can’t imagine the day without.
PRINTABLE COLORING PLACEMATS
The next printable in my bundle is an idea I came up with when my kids were younger and we’ve kept it up all these years. I print printable coloring placemats on my regular printer and use it as a way for my kids to express what they are grateful for. It’s such a fun activity that even the parents get involved!
THANKSGIVING PARTY CIRCLES & FAVOR TAGS
Party circles are an easy way to spruce up any place setting, dessert table or centerpiece. I print these out on heavy white 110lb cardstock and cut them out with a 2.5′ circle punch.
The fold over tags make for THE PERFECT Thanksgiving party treat! We usually make Scarecrow Snacks, place them in cellophane bags and top them with these adorable ‘thankful for you’ fold over tags.
THANKSGIVING ‘GIVE THANKS’ & LEAF SVG FILES
This is my first year incorporating SVG files into my Thanksgiving activities and decor and I’m SO excited about it. I really want to make a ‘Happy Thanksgiving’ banner much like this DIY Fall Banner, using the SVG leaves from this bundle.
I also thought it would be darling to make pilgram hats with the ‘Give Thanks’ letting cut out on them. If only I have a toddler again who would entertain my ideas of dressing up for Thanksgiving!
And that’s it for the Thanksgiving Bundle! Isn’t it so fun!? I’d love to know if you recreate any of these ideas! Make sure to tag me on social media using #LTDprintables and tag me at @lovetheday so I can feature your work in my stories.
