If you read my last post, you know that I plan on hosting a Chocolate Brunch for Mother’s Day. Best idea ever right? As part of the menu, I am making this chocolate orange mousse. It takes a good five minutes to prepare and it is absolutely delicious! You can purchase most of the ingredients at World Market. Here’s how you make it.
INGREDIENTS
Dr. Oetker Mousse, Dark Chocolate Truffle
Milk
Orange Extract
Dark Chocolate Curls
Chocolate Orange Rolled Wafers
DIRECTIONS
Make Dark Chocolate Mousse as directed (and 1 cup of milk and stir quickly for 3-5 minutes). Add a tsp of orange extract. Place in the fridge for an hour. Place your mousse in a small trifle dish, embellish with dark chocolate curls and rolled wafers.
