I don’t know what it is about bats, but I’m crazy about them! They are all over my windows, my walls and my mantel. Scary, cute or sparkly, it doesn’t matter… I love bats! And in my love for batty-bats I have created a whole slew of bat boxes for my girls to hand out to their friends. They are filled with candy corn and a little note that says ‘I’m batty for you.’ They are cheap (most of the materials were purchased at The Dollar Tree), easy to make and crazy adorable. Check out how to make a bat box below.

MATERIALS
Kraft Pillow Boxes
Glitter Wired Ribbon from The Dollar Tree
Googly Eyes from The Dollar Tree
INSTRUCTIONS
Open your Kraft Pillow Boxes, fill them with candy, wrap with glittered ribbon and tie in the back. Cut the ribbon at an upward angle, making the ribbon look like wings. Hot glue the googly eyes on the pillow box.
These bat boxes are part of a sponsored post brought to you by The Dollar Tree, however all ideas and opinions are 100% my own.
Love these! Very clever!
What a great idea! I love the ribbon wings!
