Hi there! Rachel from Fawn Parties here with you and I have a few fun Halloween projects for you today.
Candy corn. You either love it or loathe it. I admit that I am a huge fan of candy corn and it’s just not Halloween without it. Besides, with all those bright yellows and happy oranges, what’s not to love? If you’re planning a not-so-spooky Halloween party this year, a candy corn theme would delight all the those little ghouls and goblins!
Here are a few quick and easy candy corn crafts to inspire your upcoming Halloween party.
Paint white ceramic pumpkins in candy corn colors and display them on a cake plate. This is a quick and simple project that only takes a few supplies. Be creative and paint stripes, polka dots or jack o’ lantern faces in candy corn colors onto the pumpkins. I love how they turned out and they’ll make cute Halloween decor for years to come.
Goodie bags are a must at any party and these were simple to whip up using my Cricut
machine. I found some darling pattern paper in candy corn colors and cut them out using my
machine. I then tied some coordinating ribbon onto the handles and added a little basket shred
inside the bags. Fill them with candy corn and other fun Halloween surprises!
Besides goodie bags, every party needs a garland (in my humble opinion) and this candy corn
garland definitely fits the Halloween party bill! Using my Cricut machine, I cut orange, yellow and white pattern paper out and glued the pieces together to make this adorable garland. I then tied yellow and orange ribbon between each piece to give it a little Halloween flair.
Here’s another look at the painted pumpkins, don’t they just make your Halloween loving heart
happy? Sprinkle a little orange confetti and candy corn on the party table for added Halloween cuteness.
I love this twist on the traditional Halloween party by using bright yellows and oranges. I know a
lot of little ones scare easily with all the spooky Halloween decorations but this is definitely a
child-friendly party that kids will love.
Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you have a very happy Halloween!
