Free ‘Sprinkles Are For Winners’ Printable Circles 2.5′ Hole Punch
Cupcake Liners
Scissors
Grosgrain Ribbon
Stapler
Hot Glue
INSTRUCTIONS
Download your ‘Sprinkles Are For Winners’ free printable circles to your desktop and print at 100%. Punch out the circles with a 2.5′ hole punch. Take a cupcake liner, and cut one slit, stopping at its center. Fold or gather the cupcake liner like a fan. Repeat to another cupcake liner. Staple the two cupcake liners together, creating a fan. Staple or hot glue 4 pieces of ribbon to the back of the cupcake liner fan and then glue the ‘Sprinkles Are For Winners’ circle to the center of the fan.
