I like my menu to be simple, but delicious, have aspects of homemade and purchased and a good mix of savory and sweet.

Determining a savory menu always seems to come easier than the sweet menu. Sometimes I’ll do a Nacho?or hot dot bar or serve a variety of appetizers, but coming up with sweets that coordinate with the savory is always a little tricky. Until NOW!! Wahoo!!

I just discovered Funky Chunky LLC and I’m OBSESSED. Typically I find popcorn companies a little overrated and prefer to make my own specialty popcorns, but guys…..this is totally different. The?Funky Chunky LLC popcorns and products are next level.

They have this Half-Time Crown Pleaser Tin (only $48 until February 4th!!) that has 5, 10 oz bags of buttery caramel popcorn drizzled with different types of chocolate with unique combinations of pretzels and nuts.

I was a little skeptical at first, but the chocolate and unique toppings are so delicious and the quality is super impressive. I cannot get enough of the Peanut Butter Cup mix! It’s my favorite with the Sea Salt Caramel coming in a close second.

I love the idea of serving all the different varieties of popcorn on their own mini dessert table during The Big Game viewing party. A table decorated with a green table runner, black and green honeycombs and cute black & white popcorn boxes?like the one above!
