I’ve teamed up with Chinet to show you how to make your own conversation hearts candy boxes! They were inspired by my DIY WATERMELON PURSE TUTORIAL and make for the absolute perfect Valentines. You can make them from both the small and large Chinet® Classic White™ square plates, making both small and large conversation heart boxes. All that you need to make the box are the plates, hot glue, watercolor paint and glitter letters! Continue reading to see how I made them.
What You Will Need:
- Chinet® Classic White™ square dessert plate
- Scissors
- Hot glue
- Watercolor paint
- Glitter letters
Instructions:
Turn the square plate corner-side down and draw a heart on the plate. Using scissors, cut out the heart. Use that heart plate as a template and repeat the process on another plate. Turn the two plates inside out, and hot glue the top flaps together. Next, glue the side of the hearts together. Let it dry. Paint the heart box using watercolor paints and let it dry. Glue or stick on glitter letters. Finish by filling with loads of candy and enjoy!
