Today was the last day of school!! Wahoo!! We made it through another school year. I never quite know if we’ll get through May. It’s always SO, SO crazy, but we did it and now we can down to the business of summer!

KIDS SUMMER CHORE CHART
We are always so excited for summer to begin, but as the weeks go on, boredom sets in and my kids beg to play with their devices.
I hate them wasting time on i-Pads so I created this KIDS SUMMER CHECKLIST a few years ago and it works wonders! It keeps the girl busy, engaged and productive. It also helps keep my house clean and teaches the girls time management and the importance of daily routines.
I shared the checklist with a friend and she was all about it! She mentioned it would be a great blog post so I’ve decided to put it out there for any other mommas who need a little structure during the summer. You can download this version at the bottom of this post.
Or if you would like a BLANK version for your toddler or older teenager, I have a SUMMER CHORE CHART TEMPLATE that looks the same, but without the detailed chores.

Is there anyway to get an editable version of this summer checklist? I love it but would like to change a couple of the items listed.

Love this idea, but like many others have said I would like to adjust it slightly to meet my kids’ needs. When I try to open it in Photoshop or InDesign, I am asked for a password. Can you share that?
