If you follow me on Instagram, you know that I’ve spent the last two days in Phoenix with Michaels at the Cricut Make Something You Love City Event. Michaels asked my dear friend Mariah of Giggles GaloreĀ and me to come up with both a Booth Design for the event and a Make & Take Craft for the 500 attendees and we couldn’t have had a better time doing both.
The Michaels booth turned out DARLING! We used the Cricut Maker Machine to cover five wood signs with colorful vinyl and covered the signs with felt flowers and paper pennant banners. We hung large and small embroidery hoops to show off the gorgeous new Cricut Fabric Packs and to highlight how amazing the Cricut Maker is at cutting felt for felt flowers! We also made some tassel garlands and hung a sample of our Mini Canvas Banner.
For the Make and Take craft, we came up with these adorable Mini Canvas Banners made with blank canvas party garlands and Iron-On Vinyl.
I designed three different SVG files for attendees to enjoy. They could choose from:
Happy Fall Y’all, Hello and Let’s Stay Home
We showed our fabulous guests how to assemble the banners and were floored with how cute everyone’s turned out. We promised our creative new friends that we would provide both the SVG FILES from the event and a full tutorial of how to make the Mini Canvas Banners on our blogs.
I am providing the SVG files here:
And Mariah is providing the FULL TUTORIAL on here blog HERE.
Were you at the event?! What was your favorite part? Will you be at the Dallas event in October?! I would LOVE to meet you.
