MATERIALS
Cut Crystal Stemless Wine Glasses
Cut Crystal 10’ Dinner Plates
Red Tissue Paper
Royal Blue Tissue Paper
Navy Blue Tissue Paper
Mod Podge
Fiskars Star Punch
Paint Brush
TUTORIAL
1. Take your red and blue tissue papers and fold into fourths. Use the Fiskars Star Punch and punch out handfuls of mini tissue paper stars.
2. Using your paint brush, paint the bottom third of your Cut Crystal Stemless Wine Glass with Mod Podge.
3. Place the stars on the Mod Podged covered glass and let dry.
4. Once the cup is dry, coat the stars and cup once again with another layer of Mod Podge.
