Anyone else feel the urge to organize their life as the year winds down?
I was at the store at 6:00 am this morning buying Clorox wipes, mops, cleaning spray and shower cleaner, determined to get my house in complete order before the holidays begin.
And my craft room! It WILL be organized this year! Even though my office is small, I am resolute in keeping it clean. Especially because it is the first room guests see when them walk in my house.
It’s typically what I like to call a craft bomb, but I have a few craft storage ideas that I am hoping to implement this year that will help.
Lucky for me, Michaels know me and my CRAFT ROOM woes and just launched a new line of storage and organization product called Cre8ted Spaces. Guys, it’s incredible!
There are over 300 items in the collection, all in adorable colors and were created with crafters in mind. There are tubs, baskets, tins, crates, boxes and so much more!
I am completely obsessed and have practically purchased the whole line. My most favorite are these adorable plastic containers with screw on tops. You can buy three for $2.50. Hello?!?!
They are the perfect size for all my floating craft supplies: buttons, gems, tape, felt balls, pom poms, etc.
In typical Lindi fashion, I couldn’t just leave the containers be, I had to add to their adorableness. Feeling clever, I designed?punny toppers to coordinate with each of my supplies.
The gems read, ‘you’re a gem’ and the felt balls have a topper that says ‘have a ball,’ etc.
I created twelve sayings in all and love how they look on top of the containers. Once all my containers are assembled, I plan on putting all my supplies on my wooden shelves and enjoying my clean counters!
