A couple weeks ago I stumbled upon this elmo party. I loved the colors and cute display, but more than anything, I fell in LOVE with the cake. I clicked the link to its maker and was absolutely captivated by Rene Takes the Cake and her blog! And how excited was I to find out she lives in the DC metro area (thrilled)?! I contacted Rene and we began brainstorming and chatting about possible event collaborations. I don’t want to give too much away, but Rene has agreed to make the cake for my daughter’s upcoming butterfly party! I can’t wait to see what she comes up with!!
In the mean time, Rene asked me to design a new logo and blog header (above) and I think we came up with something that represents her fun business and mad baking skills.
If you have never been to Rene’s blog, I suggest you check it out! Follow her, friend her, like her and enjoy her amazing talent.
