Last Thursday my sweet daughter finished her first grade year. To celebrate, the room-moms and I put together a ‘Surfing Into Second’ party, complete with games and photobooth props.
We decorated the tables with large Hawaiian flowers, palm tree leafs, honeycomb balls and gave each child a sand bucket & beach ball for a take-away gift.
We played an intense game of limbo, made DIY leis and provided a photo-booth for the kids. The booth was a HUGE hit. I designed Summer DIY Photo-booth Props and the kiddos picked their favorite to be photographed with.
The scuba gear was by far the group’s prop of choice. It was fun to watch the kids pose for photos and the parents loved the opportunity to photograph their willing child. It was a win-win for everyone.
I thought some of you might be interested in creating a photo-booth for your upcoming beach, luau or pool party and am offering my DIY props for free.
