Add little a little flair to your 4th of July party favors with lots of wired ribbon, glittered stars and colored favor bags! These took minutes to make and will be sure to impress your guests. I purchased paper kraft bags from Hobby Lobby, attached glittered felt stars in the center and tied big knots up at the top. They would be absolutely adorable filled with hershey kisses, Sixlets or even red, white and blue bracelets!
