I am super excited to share the March Michael’s Makers challenge with you today because by Free Paris Printables remind me of one of my favorite life experiences!  As a junior in college, I spent a few months in Paris (in glorious springtime) studying the language and soaking in their fabulous culture. I spent my mornings in a classroom, but had the afternoons to explore and wander through the streets of Paris. It was absolutely beautiful and an experience I’ll never forget. So when this month’s challenge, ‘Springtime In Paris’ was presented, I couldn’t help, but to go back (unfortunately only mentally) to those streets and reminisce in those fun memories. It also made me really, really crave the crepes I would purchase everyday….hello banana, coconut and nutella! Yum.
Before we get started, you can download my Free Paris Printables HERE!
And how excited was I to hear the Michaels is hosting a TRIP TO PARIS for a lucky creator! All you need to do is create a ‘Springtime In Paris’ craft upload to the Paris site HERE or share on Instagram using #SpringtimeinParis #Contest beginning on 3/1. Amazing right?! You can read more details about the contest below.
For my ‘Springtime in Paris’ project, I designed Paris Printables in French (yay! I’m finally using my language skills) for Paris themed party decorations and party favors. After printing and cutting the printables, I place them in this adorable wire heart (purchased at Michaels) that served as a backdrop to a Paris-Inspired Brunch. I served fresh patisseries from my local bakery (on a gorgeous pink glass cake stand), homemade lemonade and handed out macaron party favors that read “merci.” The spread was simple, but charming just like the cafes you enjoy while in Paris. I thought I would offer the French Free Paris Printables for free for those of you interested in replicating the idea.
You can download the FREE French Printables HERE. As always, if you use the printable, take a photo and tag me on social media and use the hashtag #lovethedayprintables! I love seeing how you use my designs.
