It’s no secret that I absolutely adore Chris of Celebrations at Home! Not only is she one talented party thrower, but she is a total blast to be around. I’ve only met with her on two occasions, but I feel like our next get together should be a slumber party or something! She has been a great help to me in starting my blog and etsy shop and I really appreciate her helping me out. I mean, how in the world was I going to figure out what #FF, #WW or RT were on twitter?? She’s a pure lifesaver.
Anyway, I love Chris and I love her parties. This Apple Engagement Party has to be one of my all time favorites!
Here is the description of the party in her words,
“The design was inspired by crisp red apples and the idea of tying in the concept of “picking” apples, and “picking” a mate. Most of the decorative details are hand made and provide a balance of masculine and feminine. The printables were a key part of conveying the concept – a framed sign read, “he Picked her, she Picked him;” a small card on the table reads, “you’re the Apple of my eye;” favor jars of apple butter had a label which said, “we Picked this just for you,” and baskets of apples for the guests to “take your Pick” and carry home.  Each place setting also had a caramel dipped apple…yum!”
FUN FALL PARTY!!
I love the little apple pies with the cute cut outs. Cute party
What a great fall set up.
Apple Elegant!
Very beautiful set up
Gorgeous party! I’ve been working on a birthday for my two year old girl and it is sometimes difficult to come up with a Fall theme that is also youthful! I am integrating an apple theme too–the apple harvest is such a beautiful time of year.
Thanks for sharing my party design Lindi! Can’t wait to get together again!
