These gorgeous photos come to you by the talented Stacie of Stacie Hawley Photography. Stacie recently purchased my new Vintage Sunshine party collection to celebrate a friend’s 30th birthday. She then went about creating the most quaint and charming little get together. Here are the details of the party in her words:
I commissioned Martha for the yummy vanilla cupcake recipe and buttercream icing – which were a hit – topped with a Robin’s egg candy. Delish. I also found that Cadbury Robin’s Egg candy and Easter wrapped Reeses Peanut Butter Cups matched perfectly. Even more perfect – Robin’s eggs were the birthday girls favorite candy!
“Instead of a banner – I made each letter to “happy birthday” into a little sign buy taping a thick popsicle stick the to back of the “sign printables” and tied each one with ribbon. That way when all of us were waiting to surprise her – we would each be able to hold a part of the sign!
Thank you so much Stacie for sharing these gorgeous photos. Make sure to check out Stacie’s blog for more beautiful images!
I am a wife of one, mother of two and a graphic designer who loves to throw and style parties. There is nothing I love more than to find unique and creative ways to celebrate the most important days in our lives. Whether it be through printable products or creative diy decorations, I try to find ways to make parties memorable so others can Love The Day.
