With summer in full swing, I’ve got my girls’ birthday on the brain. Despite my objections, my darling girls are frilly, love pink and are way into dress ups! They have been talking about having a princess birthday party for months now and I’ve decided to jump all in and throw them an over-the-top girly, frilly and ruffly party. Below are some ideas I’ve pulled together for the shindig, including samples of my new Pinkalicious Princess Party.Â
Included below is a fabulous ombre swirl cake & princess cookies by one of my favorite gals Glorious Treats, a felt princess hat by Sew Love The Day, a princess dress by Sharp Scissors and a Royal Birthday customized book by I See Me!
And lucky for our Love The Day readers and princess party throwers, I See Me! has generously offered to host a giveaway offering a personalized Royal Birthday book for your prince or princess. I don’t know if it is the customer designer in me, but I ADORE personalized books and the I See Me! collections are some of the best I have ever seen. Not only do their stories have my daughter as the main character, but the pages have images of her name spelled out and the names of her most favorite people as characters. This is my daughter’s favorite book and I often catch her staring at the pages. The books are sturdy and pages beautiful and glossy.
