We love the old-school shows and cartoons (that my husband and I watched growing up) that have been brought back in all their glory. We love watching them with our girls, they always seem to be their favorite. And I am SUPER, DUPER excited to announce that The Powerpuff Girls (from Cartoon Network) are now on Hulu! All classic episodes are now available to stream. Do you remember it? I would watch it with while I babysat my younger brother and sister and loved it.
As one of Cartoon Network’s most enduring original series, the initial run of The Powerpuff Girls, created by Craig McCracken, premiered in 1998 and quickly became a global phenomenon. Since its premiere, the series earned two Emmy® Awards along with five nominations and countless animation honors throughout its 80 episodes.
The Powerpuff Girls centers on three sugar-coated superheroes, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup, whose missions in life alternate between going to school, fighting crime, winning at hopscotch and saving the world before bedtime. The girls are frequently called upon by the town’s mayor to help fight nearby criminals using their powers. While their differences cause them to squabble and tease, their individual strengths combined always lead them to victory. They rely on teamwork, trust, and friendship to thwart evil (in the most adorable way).
We will be celebrating the launch of The Powerpuff Girls on Hulu who are “sugar, spice, and everything nice,” and “saving the world before bedtime” with a fun little party. We are going to play PIN THE BOW ON THE POWERPUFF GIRL and watch a few episodes! I’m offering this fun game as a free download for you to play and enjoy with your family as well.
