Thanksgiving time is here and I am trying to teach my kids the importance of feeling gratitude and appreciating the things we have.
While life at the Haws home isn’t perfect, and things get hard sometime, I hope to teach my kids that by feeling grateful for what they do have, things seem better.
Every year we try a new and fun way to express what we are grateful for & this year I decided upon a Thanksgiving Tree.
There are SO many adaptions of this idea on the web (I even designed a different version HERE), so this in by no means original. But it’s a fun concept, so I thought I would design my own.
I also have a large format version available to print as an engineering print. It’s a LARGE PRINT THANKSGIVING TREE.
Every morning we list what we are grateful for and add a ‘thankful leaf’ to the tree.
It’s been a week or so and the tree is already looking nice and full! I thought my lovely readers would be interested in a Thanksgiving Tree of their own so I’m offering it as a FREE DOWNLOAD.

Thanks so much, Lindi! I’d like to give a leaf to each family member (three different states) and then we can put them all on the tree when we are together at Thanksgiving dinner:)
