Thanks to the lovely Aunt Spicy, I recently participated in a quilt blog exchange. As a very beginner sewer I was nervous to exchange my squares with the pros of the group, but I love that I now have this adorable quilt as a remembrance of the amazing people I have met here in DC. To chart our progress along the way, a blog was created to post fun facts about ourselves, our squares and our lives. AuntSpicy asked me to create the header for the blog and I couldn’t help but take the amazing fabric from our exchange and incorporate it into our logo. Here’s how it turned out.
