I don’t know you if you have a family party staple, but my family & extended family lives and breathes diet coke. It makes an appearance at every birthday party, holiday dinners and family bbqs. You could consider us Coca-Cola purists! So when I was contacted to participate in the Coke With Meals campaign, I jumped on board. Being the party lover I am, I decided to try a recipe of my own that would be PERFECT for any party! This was so super fun and after much experimentation, I introduce to you Coca-Cola Chocolate Mousse (recipe posted below). I don’t want to toot my own horn or anything, but this is so crazy good. Especially the slight hint of that fabulous Coke fizzle.

Coca-Cola Chocolate Mousse

INGREDIENTS

1 Mini 7.5 Fl Ounces Can of Coca-Cola (No Diet)

4 Cups of Powdered Sugar

1 Package Cream Cheese (Room Temperature)

3 Cups of Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (melted)

1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Whip Cream Cheese in your Kitchen Aid, add powdered sugar slowly until all blended. Add the whole can of 7.5 FL Coca-Cola and vanilla and mix. Melt chocolate chips and add the chocolate to the mixture. Whip for two minutes and refrigerate for an hour. Enjoy!
