Whimsical Christmas Tree Decorating Ideas:: Michaels Makers

The day is here! I am so excited and nervous to share my ‘Dream Tree’ as part of the Michaels Makers Dream Tree Challenge. I will be the first to admit that I was completely intimidated by this creative task. I wondered around Michaels searching for something unique, new, ground breaking to decorate my tree. I wanted it to be out-of-the-box and different. The task became almost overwhelming until I talked to my cute sister who gave me a much needed reminder and pep talk. I decided to decorate the tree, like me! I stopped searching for something unique and designed a tree that I would love to have in my house. A tree that represented who I am and what the holiday season means to me. And the tree that represents me is one that is whimsical, shiny, glittery, full of tinsel, sequins and paper ornaments. Like a tree that you would find at Disneyland! An over-the-top tree like the one below.  It’s so sparkly and I love it! I know it’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s so me.
