As you can tell from my previous three posts, I have Christmas on the brain. I discovered these AMAZING square glass ornaments from Consumer Crafts and knew I had to use them in my decorations this year. And with my obsession with gold as strong as it is, I decided to spruce the ornaments up with gold glitter, paint and confetti! Here’s how I made these DIY Christmas Ornaments:
CONFETTI FILLED ORNAMENT
Materials
Gold/Metallic Confetti
Square Ornament
Directions
Fill your glass ornament will gold/metal confetti and enjoy!
GLITTERED ORNAMENT
Materials
Gold Glitter
White Snow Mixture
Gold Fleck Glitter
Mod Podge
Sponge Brush
Square Glass Ornament
Directions
Combine your gold glitter, white snow mixture and gold flex glitter on a plate. Paint your square glass ornament with Mod Podge and roll the ornament in the glitter mixture. Let dry and enjoy!
PAINTED ORNAMENT
Materials
Gold/Metallic Paint
Sponge Brush
Painters Tape
Glass Square Ornament
Directions
Tape the glass square ornament off as desired. I taped my ornament off at an angel (see picture below). Paint the remaining ornament. Let dry and remove tape.
